My stay at the hotel was delightful. The corner room I stayed in had fantastic views and all the required amenities, making it very comfortable for two people. The location was great, just a short walk to the metro and commercial area of Mongkok, with plenty to do nearby. The service was exceptional, with polite and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The dining options were good, offering both international and Asian choices. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

Compared to other Hong Kong hotels, the room was okay, but we did notice a stuffy and mildew smell which was a downside. The service was excellent, with staff providing exceptional information to navigate Hong Kong with a smile, although there was one instance of unfriendly service with incorrect information given. The location was convenient, not too far from the main road and accessible from Hung Hom Station by cab, although it may not be upscale, it felt safe for tourists exploring the area. The dining options were a la carte with customizable choices, but of low quality according to my experience. The hotel had some positives and negatives but ultimately met our needs during the stay.
